These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to OmniTutor at https://omnitutor.live (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

OmniTutor provides AI-assisted study planning, explanations, practice, video lessons, voice tutoring, and related tools. Features may change, and free tiers are subject to fair-use quotas.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or security risk

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, or infringing content
• No attempts to bypass quotas, rate limits, or security controls
• No reverse engineering or scraping that harms Service stability
• No uploading malware or content you lack rights to process
• Do not rely on the Service as the sole source for high-stakes medical, legal, or life-safety decisions

4. AI outputs

AI-generated content can be incorrect or incomplete. You remain responsible for verifying study material, exam rules, and academic integrity requirements at your institution. Outputs are provided “as is” for learning assistance.

5. Plans, quotas, and payments

• Free and paid plan limits are described on the Pricing page
• Paid plans are billed through Razorpay (or successor processors)
• Taxes may apply depending on your region
• Refund and cancellation rules are described in our Refund Policy

6. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service software, branding, and original product content. You retain rights to content you upload, and grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties (cloud hosting, AI models, payments, analytics). Their outages or policy changes may affect availability.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OmniTutor AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 50.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service and users.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
