Refund & Cancellation

This page summarizes refund and cancellation practices for OmniTutor paid plans. It should be read with our Terms of Service.

1. Free plan

The Free plan has no charge. Quotas reset according to product rules; unused free quota has no cash value.

2. Cancelling a paid plan

  • You may stop future renewals by contacting support@omnitutor.live from the email on your account (or via in-product billing settings when available).
  • After cancellation, paid access typically continues until the end of the already-paid billing period unless we state otherwise at purchase.
  • We do not automatically delete your study data on cancellation.

3. Refunds

  • Duplicate or failed charges: contact support promptly; we will investigate with our payment provider and refund confirmed duplicates.
  • Service unavailable: if a paid plan is unusable for a sustained period due to our outage (not third-party exam windows or your device issues), we may offer a pro-rated refund or service credit at our discretion.
  • Change of mind: digital tutoring access is generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where mandatory consumer law in your region requires otherwise.
  • Welcome / promo pricing: promotional discounts do not expand refund rights beyond this policy and applicable law.

4. How to request help

Email support@omnitutor.live with: account email, approximate payment time, payment reference (if any), and a short description. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
